Tashkent ranks 1st in accommodation and food services

📈In January–May 2026, the volume of accommodation and food services in Uzbekistan amounted to 90.7 trillion soums.

📊This is 14.1 percent more than in the corresponding period of the previous year.

📉In terms of regions, Tashkent city took 1st place in the republic with 16.6 trillion soums.

Next places:

• Samarkand region — 11 trillion soums,
• Namangan region — 9.3 trillion soums.

⚡️The capital’s high result is related to the consistent development of tourism, hospitality infrastructure, modern hotels, restaurants, and the service sector.
