Prospects for cooperation with Japanese companies in the field of multi-apartment building management were discussed at the Tashkent City Administration

A meeting was held at the Tashkent City Administration with representatives of a number of Japanese companies. It was attended by Obidjon Muminov, Deputy Mayor of Tashkent City for Housing and Communal Services, as well as heads of relevant organizations.

⛽️During the meeting, views were exchanged on further developing the multi-apartment building management system, improving the quality of housing and communal services, efficient use of the housing stock, enhancing the energy efficiency of buildings, and creating a more comfortable and safe living environment for the population.

🤩Special attention was also paid to the digitalization of management processes, improving the activities of management organizations, introducing energy-saving technologies, and studying international experience in the management of the multi-apartment housing stock.

📈The Japanese side provided information on modern approaches applied in this area and expressed readiness to exchange experience and develop professional cooperation.

🔺At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue dialogue in mutually beneficial areas, explore opportunities for implementing joint initiatives, and consistently develop cooperation.
