A citizens’ reception was held at the People’s Reception Office

On 23 October 2026 at 10:00, the Deputy Khokim of Tashkent City for housing and communal services issues, Obidjon Muminov, received citizens at the building of the Tashkent City People’s Reception Office.

▫️During the reception, citizens’ appeals concerning housing and communal services, landscaping, maintenance and servicing of multi-storey buildings, the quality of utility services, as well as other social and everyday issues were heard.

✔️A total of 6 citizens’ appeals were considered. Relevant instructions and directives were given to the competent organisations and responsible officials with a view to resolving them positively. The task was assigned to resolve the issues raised in the appeals within the established timeframes and to inform the citizens of the results.

🟢Particular attention was paid during the reception to the timely and high-quality consideration of appeals, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, and monitoring the implementation of instructions.
