Cooperation with Ascend Solution in the field of digitalization was discussed at the Tashkent City Administration

On July 28, 2026, a meeting was held at the Tashkent City Administration between Deputy Mayor for the Implementation of Information Technologies Alisher Dusmukhamedov and a delegation from Saudi Arabia led by Ali Saleh, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ascend Solution.

At the meeting, more than 20 projects on the digitalization of education, construction, economy, utility services, markets, and parking lots using unified information platforms were presented.

Within the framework of the “Comfortable Environment” project, a mechanism is being created for the prompt identification of urban problems and monitoring of their elimination. Situation centers are already operating in Mirzo Ulugbek and Sergeli districts. It is planned to connect the centers of the remaining ten districts to the Central Situation Center.

Issues of equipping schools with artificial intelligence-based video surveillance systems and turnstiles, developing telecommunications infrastructure, and introducing control systems at construction sites were also discussed.

Representatives of Ascend Solution presented the company’s experience in the fields of healthcare, urban and transport management, asset management, and supply chains. The company has participated in the creation of more than 30 control centers in Saudi Arabia.

The delegation proposed creating an Integrated City Management Center in Tashkent that would combine information systems, video surveillance, GIS, IoT devices, transport data, utility services data, and citizens’ appeals.

The center will make it possible to monitor urban processes in real time, identify problems, forward them to responsible organizations, and control execution using big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and video analytics.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to work on integrating the proposed solutions with Tashkent’s digitalization projects and to continue cooperation.
